Start over.
Start over.
Erase everything.
Erase everything you think you know.
What you think you like, what you think you’re worthy of.
Who you are, what your opinion is about yourself and others.
LITERALLY.
What you believe, how you think and how you act.
(Don’t go crazy obviously lol, first finish this email)
Next, reconsider everything
Start over with a fresh mind
Imagine if your life started from scratch
You are born, and everything is again possible, everything is again still ahead
There’s plenty of time
YOU CAN DO ANYTHING
Reconsider what you think is possible from this mindset
A fresh view can genuinely do wonders
I know it is doing this right now, as we speak, for me
I had placed myself in a cage, mentally
A cage where I thought money and my environment were keeping me where I am.
That I was kept where I am because of these things.
That money and my environment, and the people around me kept me in this cage.
I thought I could not escape.
But the thing is, this cage does not exist, nor did it ever exist, nor will it ever exist
It does not exist, it never did and it never will.
Let me repeat
IT DOES NOT EXIST. IT NEVER DID. IT NEVER WILL.
This cage existed only in my mind.
Because I know I am truly free.
I have no obligations.
TRULY.
Of course, I am not just going to throw away all “obligations”.
You are free, but you still gotta eat
You are free, but you still gotta make money
You are free, but you still gotta see people and be in society
There are some things you can’t escape from.
But you don’t have to.
The point is, that these things are not keeping you in a cage.
They are necessary, but THEY DON’T CONTROL YOU.
The truth is, they are not keeping you where you are.
That’s an illusion.
It’s a subtle difference, but the difference in results is huge.
You realize you are free.
You realize nothing is holding you back.
Sure, you need to eat.
But food is not keeping you where you are.
Sure, you need money for things.
But (lack of) money is not keeping you where you are.
It's an insight I got recently.
Not so much knowledge, but insight.
(I made a video about this topic yesterday)
I’ve been getting incredibly valuable but simple insights like this a lot lately.
Almost every day.
What I think happens when you put yourself in a mental cage is you are blaming something for your situation.
You’re saying: money is keeping me here.
You’re saying: my environment is keeping me here.
And when you do this, you’re giving power to them.
You’re saying: they have control over me.
You’re saying: I cannot control these things.
You’re giving them power.
You’re allowing them to control you.
It’s like an excuse.
You’re making an excuse for where you are.
Making an excuse for why you are not where you want to be.
However, I don’t like to call it an excuse, because it is not intentional if you understand “the nature of reality”
Your mind is like a radio station that grabs thoughts from other realities.
So if you accidentally created a mental cage, it's not your fault.
Because you were sleeping, and did not realize your thoughts were creating this cage.
YOU ONLY CONTROL YOUR THOUGHTS WHEN YOU ARE AWARE.
As soon as you wake up, the cage disappears.
And in order to avoid creating another cage, you have to keep waking up.
For me this is my top intention I set almost hourly honestly.
Wake up.
Act.
End the negotiations with the mind.
No more chit chat discussion reasoning blablabla.
When you free the cage, suddenly possibilities open up.
You can see yourself and your reality clearly
You can act effectively
It is freedom.
Awareness is freedom.
